Refunds and Returns Policy

At Soul Relief, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • Due to health and safety standards, opened or used products cannot be returned.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@getsoulrelief.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for a response from our customer support team, who will provide instructions on how to return the product.

 

Please note: Returns sent back without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

After we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please:

  • Contact us at info@getsoul.com within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Once confirmed, we will promptly ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@getsoulrelief.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the standard return process described above.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned after 14 days from delivery
  • Products returned without prior approval

 

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
