Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping to the United States for $5.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, Soul Relief ships products within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Soul Relief is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at info@getsoulrelief.com. We will attempt to make corrections if your order has not yet shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us at info@getsoul.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of damaged items to expedite your claim. For lost or stolen packages, please reach out to us directly, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
